Got this shifter as a birthday present from my girl. Installed in 30 minutes on a '98 T100, and couldn't be happier! Shifter feel's nice and tight again, and the throw's are amazingly short. Actually took a little bit of time to get used to having the shifter feel this good again! One minor note though, had to trim the body about a centimeter towards the front of the truck in order to get the front two bolts started. Had to do the same thing on my brother's '98 Tacoma 2.7 4x4...

this is a great product... it drastically reduces throws, and makes for a very solid shift... detailed instructions make for easy install (for somebody that knows there way around a car)... on a side note, i installed on a 1997 T-100 and the body actually covers the front driver-side bolt, and with the spacer installed, it is impossible to get any kind of wrench in there... some slight tweaking of the body metal is required.....
