The URD MKII Supercharger system right out of the box delivers more power and performance than any other kit available today.  It is a complete kit.  You will not need additional tuning or fuel delivery upgrades.  URD offers an upgrade path for those that want even higher levels of power and performance.

The URD MKII Supercharger Kit comes with everything needed to turn your truck into a power-house. The MKII kit can be configured in three stages. All stages use the same MKII supercharger kit.  The only difference between Stage I, Stage II, and Stage III, is supercharger pulley size, a quick software upload with a USB stick, and URD's recommended aftermarket modifications. The stages are explained in detail below. 

Detailed MKII Supercharger Kit Features:

Supercharger:

• Rotrex C38 series supercharger: advanced compact design, high efficiency, and near silent operation.

Fuel Delivery:

• Upgraded 668cc fuel injectors
  
• Injector harness adapters included; no cutting or splicing
  
• Upgraded 255 LPH fuel pump with high flowing & easy to change fuel filter

Charge Air Cooler:

• Includes large high capacity, efficient front mount air to air intercooler

Spark Plugs:

• Includes six Denso Iridium IKH-22 spark plugs (cooler than stock)

Engine Management:

• No outside US market ECU re-flash problems. The advanced engine management is completely plug and play. No cutting, no splicing wires, and no re-flash hassles. Can be removed when vehicle is traded or sold.
  
• Active dynamic self tuning/adjusting fuel control to maintain correct air/fuel ratio
  
• Vehicle speed limiter can be raised by end user (manual transmission trucks only)
  
• Advanced Engine Guardian, automatically decreases the engine power if proper air/fuel ratio cannot be maintained or engine begins to overheat and alerts the driver. Protects the engine!!

The Stage I Kit is a MKII kit installed on a completely stock truck. It includes:

• 80mm pulley
  
• 5700 RPM limit
  
• URD's 2005 XRunner dyno results showed 337 RWHP and 315 RWTQ at 5700 RPM & approximately 7 PSI of boost
  

Stage II is achieved by adding:

• 75mm pulley
  
• New Stage II calibration file for the X-1 engine management system
  
• Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers
  
• URD Competition Y Pipe
  
• URD 3" Cat-Back Stainless Exhaust
  
• URD's 2005 XRunner dyno results showed 382 RWHP and 352 RWTQ at 5900 RPM & approximately 8.5 PSI of boost

Stage III is achieved by adding the following to Stage II upgrades:

• 70mm pulley
  
• New Stage III calibration file for the X-1 engine management system
  
• Installing the Grill Craft MX Series grill to improve airflow over the front mount intercooler.
  
• 93 octane recommended, however highest power levels will be obtained by using high octane unleaeded race gas
  
• URD's 2005 XRunner dyno results showed 400+ RWHP and 382 RWTQ at 6200 RPM & approximately 10 PSI of boost

All dyno tests used a 2005 XRunner with 75,000 miles on it and used a Dynojet Dyno.

Recommended vehicle upgrades for the increased power level:

• Install OEM Toyota engine oil cooler. This engine oil cooler is stock on some Tacomas with Toyota's tow package. If your truck does not have an engine oil cooler, we recommend installing it to stabilize engine oil temperatures, especially in hot environments. Toyota part numbers are included in URD's MKII installation manual.
  
• If your truck has an automatic transmission, URD recommends upgrading the transmission's valve body so it will better withstand the additional power levels. Contact Import Performance Transmission for information regarding their auto transmission valve body upgrade.
  
• Grill Craft MX Series grill to improve airflow over the front mount intercooler.
