Increased horsepower and torque for all 50 states.

Bolt on extra horsepower and torque with 50-state smog legal JBA Cat4ward headers. These headers are designed to last with a 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges, smooth mandrel-bent tubing, and JBA's patented Firecone^TM collectors. Constructed of 14-gauge 409 stainless steel with thick laser cut flanges.

The basic header is plain stainless finish, or you can upgrade to high-temperature silver ceramic or titanium ceramic finishes at additional cost.

JBA includes high-quality mounting hardware and instructions, and best of all, simply bolts on without any additional exhaust modifications.

This header will not fit the 4Runner.

I installed the JBA headers on my 04 tacoma 3.4L about 3 yrs ago , the increase in H P and fuel milage was noticable , BUT , they leak @ the joints and the clamp bolt holes are positioned so tightening them is about impossiable . I replaced the clamps with 3 bolt flages and gaskets , and also installed woven flex couplings . This seems to solve most of the leak problems .But not all . I will never buy this brand of header again . G F , virginia U S A ---URD NOTE: JBA adjusted the y-pipe flanges and the y-pipe bend slightly after your purchase to correct for these issues.
