This header comes with a Titanium Ceramic coating
This header is made from 409 grade stainless steel and features 1 5/8″ primary tubes. It is available in plain stainless or a bright silver ceramic coating. URD recommends the ceramic coating so your headers maintain their nice look.

- 2010 – 2012 4Runner V6
- Will not fit 2013 FJ or 4Runner
These headers are a LONG TUBE design and eliminate the front set of catalytic converters. Because of this they are marketed as an off road/racing using product. With the elimination of the front cats the check engine light will be set. URD offers our Rear Sensor Simulator to prevent the check engine light from being set and the reduced performance that will result from it. Our sim is a very simple plug in unit and you can find the information about it here. URD has bundled the Rear Sensor Simulator with the headers as a package discount and you can select to add it below.
The collector flange is configured in such a way that the OEM Toyota crush gasket does not seal well. URD has the correct size gaskets available and you can select to add them to your order below.
Another feature of these headers is two O2 Sensor locations. There is an O2 sensor port in the center tube for the stock length stock O2 sensor (AFR Sensor) and a port in the collector. If you would like to install the front sensor in the collector port you will need the URD O2 harness extensions which can be found here.
